Polyester is a commercial webbing made toa military specifications. It is great for a number of tactical applications, most commonly used in rifle slings.Polyester does not absorb moisture, making it more resilient to mold, rot, and mildew. Polyester webbing also has high abrasion resistance and an impressive breaking strength. Our 2 inch mil-spec polyester has a coarse weave, an approximate thickness of .045’’, and a breaking strength of 4000lbs(maximum recommended working load 1334lbs). Available in any of our camo patterns, mil-spec polyester can also be sublimated with custom patterns, logos, and designs. All of our sublimated polyester is colorfast, meaning they will not bleed or fade.

This military specification jacquard webbing is made of 100% polyester yarn. This is a multi-color jacquard. The yarn is dyed and then woven by a jacquard loom, and finally finished, so there are more than two types of yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics. The color of the fabric is rich in color, not monotonous, the pattern has a strong sense of three-dimensionality, and the grade is higher. It can be applied to Gun belts, tactical vests, luggage, molecular webbing, weapon slings, belts and handles and other products.
Anti-wrinkle Good Resilience
Polyester is a synthetic fiber spun from polyester formed by the polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol. It is also a polymer compound and has high strength and elastic recovery capabilities.
Flame Retardant Good Performance
High temperature resistance, generally between 120-170℃, and has the best heat resistance and thermal stability among synthetic fibers.
